Strawberry Mango Compote Over Vanilla Ice Cream

- 1 Mango
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
Cut mango into bite-sized pieces with skin removed (technique shown in video).
Remove stem portion of strawberries and slice strawberries in half.
Add the fruit into a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of sugar and ⅓ cup of water.
Place pan on medium heat and stir occasionally.
After about 5-10 minutes the fruit will have softened and liquid should be pinkish in color. This is when you remove the pan from the heat and serve over ice cream or whatever else you like. Enjoy!
