  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt I always like to use pure sea salt with zero additives


  • Take a small nonstick pan and place it over medium/medium-high heat.
  • Add butter and just when it has almost all melted, crack in the eggs.
  • Add salt to the eggs.
  • Use a wooden spatula to mix the eggs. Don’t overmix the eggs, but don’t keep them sitting long without mixing as they won’t cook evenly. Once the egg whites are all opaque and white, the eggs are done so quickly remove them from the heat. Don’t cook them past that point. Scrambling the eggs should only take about 30 seconds to a minute before they’re completely done.
  • Serve with some warm, fresh bread and maybe some hot tea with sugar. Enjoy!
