Ingredients

  • ¾ tablespoon garlic minced
  • ¾ - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large handfuls french green beans raw or quickly steamed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except for the French green beans and oil to a jar (or a bowl, or a cup) and mix until combined.
  • Add the oil and mix well.
  • Serve over steamed French green beans or your favorite salad and enjoy!
