Tangy Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette with French Green Beans
- 3/4 tbsp garlic minced
- 3/4 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large handfuls french green beans raw or quickly steamed
Add all ingredients except for the French green beans and oil to a jar (or a bowl, or a cup) and mix until combined.
Add the oil and mix well.
Serve over steamed French green beans or your favorite salad and enjoy!
